> Canonical HTML: https://screenrig.ai/problems/insufficient-access/

HTTP 403 · `insufficient_access`

## What it means

The API answers with HTTP 403 Forbidden and an `application/problem+json` document when the condition is Read only access cannot do this. The document's `type` member is `https://screenrig.ai/problems/insufficient-access`, the address of this page, and its `code` member is `insufficient_access`.

## What to do

This credential has Read only access: it reads the project and cannot change it or buy anything, though metered reads are still billed. Ask a person to approve Manage access (screenrig login --access manage), or leave the change to a credential that has it.

## Player action

This problem defines no Player action class. It belongs to a project, pairing or account flow that an agent or the dashboard drives.
